She relocated to California to conclude her formative years in her early adolescent years. Having grown up in a metropolis, the move seemed natural and gave her a global perspective.
She lived in the US until she was 25 when she returned to the Philippines for almost two decades. She learned Filipino and English while living in both countries, serving an international clientele while creating a successful profession.
Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing worked hard in high school and beyond to get into her dream institution. After applying to numerous top institutions, she was admitted to UCLA, commonly known as the University of California, Los Angeles. While pursuing her degree, she directed the UCLA Business Society.
While finishing her undergraduate education, she became interested in economics. Her hard effort and ability to absorb complex topics helped her achieve a BA in Economics. Her undergraduate years taught her the value of self-care, community service, and many other life skills.
After graduating from UCLA, Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing started working as a healthcare consultant in the San Francisco Bay region. At 25, she returned to the Philippines to further her profession.
Her expertise as a director in LA landed her at Anderson Group BPO Inc. as Country Director and International Sales Director. With an extensive staff of salesmen and account managers, she was responsible for the daily performance of the firm.
As a director, she aided large businesses in their BPO efforts. She was a great addition to her team, ensuring everyone received the support they needed to succeed.
Her actions reduced corporate costs while increasing company performance. She has since departed that position, but not before significantly impacting the company.
Grace Abigail Custodio-Bagatsing received her Master Project Management credential while working at Anderson Group BPO. She finished the American Academy of Project Management's program to broaden her global perspective and abilities.

Then she founded the Anderson Family Foundation to aid other poor kids. Her organization, Smile Train Philippines, helped many children undergo accessible cleft palate surgery thanks to the Bill Gates Foundation.
